The MN Group has three farms with a total of 1,119 hectares in the region of Paraibuna, São Paulo, and in Lima Duarte, Minas Gerais. The city is located in the physiographic region of Alto Paraíba, in the Serra do Mar, being crossed by the Rodovia dos Tamoios, which connects São José dos Campos to Caraguatatuba.
The MNH farm of MN Própolis, located in an environmental reserve in the Atlantic Rainforest with 366 hectares and certified for organic production, started in 2022 the cultivation of spices, a line with 7 types of organic seasonings. It also maintains works in the field of beekeeping, and has approximately 200 hives in the extension of the property.
The second farm, with 285 hectares, borders the Serra do Mar State Park, which represents the largest continuous portion of preserved Atlantic Forest in Brazil. In addition to collaborating with the preservation of the native forest, our farm receives exotic visitors, as the region has a wide variety of animals that are found in the park region. Beekeeping work is also present.
MN's Group third farm is located in Lima Duarte, a Brazilian municipality in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais. It belongs to the Mesoregion of Zona da Mata and Microregion of Juiz de Fora. With a total area of 468 hectares, it performs legal extraction of candeia (Eremanthus erythropappus). The essential oil is extracted from the lamp, whose main component, alfabisabolol, brings several benefits to the skin. In addition, the farm also carries out beekeeping work, and has approximately 300 hives.
